At Sportsdayly, we are committed to providing you with the best shopping experience. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help! Please review our return policy below to ensure a smooth return process.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Items must be in their original condition: unused, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.
- Footwear must be returned in the original box and must not show any signs of wear (e.g., dirt, scratches, or scuffs).
- Certain items, such as clearance or final sale products, may not be eligible for return. These will be clearly marked on the product page.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Contact us: Please reach out to our customer service team via email at support@sportsdayly.com to request a return authorization.
- Return Shipping: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label. For standard returns, you will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or there was an error in the order.
- Pack the Item: Carefully package the item in its original box (if applicable) and include all tags and accessories. Ensure the return label is clearly attached to the outside of the package.
- Ship Back: Send the item back to the designated return address, and we will notify you once your return has been processed.
Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will process a refund to your original payment method.
- Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Please note that the original shipping fees are non-refundable unless there was an error with your order.
Exchanges:
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping at no additional cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Gift cards, clearance items, and items marked as “final sale” are not eligible for return.
